Ann Kamenicky, owner of My Naples Home Services has been providing dedicated, personalized housekeeping and home watch services for over 40 years.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Ann moved to sunny Marco Island Florida in 1981 where she launched her business while still in her last year of high school.

At the age of 18 years old, with a small diary address book in her pocket, customers throughout Marco Island relied on the quality service from such a young lady.

Many women started to join the workforce, claiming their space in the real estate industry, especially since Marco Island and Naples were developing so quickly.

The Marco Island Eagle was the local newspaper. In 1983 they dedicated several pages to Marco Island woman entrepreneurs. Ann received a phone call and an interview was conducted acknowledging Ann as one of the outstanding woman entrepreneurs of the early 1980's.

It was a tourists dream to be a part of Marco Island. Flourishing hotels, white sands and sea shells, turquoise waters and up and coming high-rises overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. 20 square miles of tropical foliage, small shops, eateries and the corner pizza joint.

Marco Island waterways provide the perfect place to paddleboard, take in the sights of the mangroves, wildlife and remarkable scenery. 

In 1988, Ann moved to Naples Florida bringing her small business with her and a little family to a new home. To this day, you can find Ann Kamenicky enjoying what she loves, gratified by the results of helping you to enjoy one of life's pleasures, your home.
